Breathing Through the Senses

In 10 minutes, learn several ways to use your breath and visualize healing.

This 10-minute audio led by my mom Sue Neufeld incorporates numerous techniques to calm the nervous system:

  • inhaling and exhaling evenly

  • alternate nostril breath to balance the right and left sides of the brain

  • breathing with attention on the five senses

  • visualizing a healing light surrounding your brain.
